The EVM rejected a bad setup that JavaScript accepted.
Found and repaired before any depositThe first development Powers of Tau file lacked a phase-one contribution and produced degenerate verifier points. Offchain JavaScript verification returned true, while both a local EVM and Robinhood Chain returned false. Simulation prevented the deposit from broadcasting. The setup script was fixed, all keys and verifiers were regenerated, the corrected verifier was proven locally, and only then was the successful mainnet run executed.
